For Job Seekers: We offer a carefully curated board of positions, that don't always reach the search results during your job hunting. We also provide resources for career development, and dedicated support through our community channels.
For Employers: We provide consultative recruitment services, tailored for the unique demands of your company's workforce.

Find a Role: Use our search bar and filters (job title, skill set, country, salary range) to find a position that matches your goals.
Review the Listing: Click on the job title to view the full description, company details, required experience, and location eligibility.
Apply Button: Every job listing includes a prominent "Apply" button at the end.
Redirection: StellarH acts as a curated gateway. Clicking the "Apply" button will typically redirect you directly to the hiring client's official application page. You will then complete the application on the client's platform, which ensures the company receives your information immediately and securely.
Note: You may be asked to create an account on the client's site, but you do not need a separate account to search or browse jobs on StellarH.
Searching on StellarH is straightforward, using a combination of our location filters + professional categories.
We also have a keyword search bar, to narrow down more specific searches. It searches the whole website, so please make sure the job location matches your location when using it.

No, not all positions posted on StellarH are exclusively remote.
Our job board also features hybrid (a mix of remote and office work) and onsite positions, whenever requested by our clients.
We cater to a broad range of employer's needs, by offering a range of comprehensive solution for building high-performing teams.
No, not all remote positions are available worldwide. The hiring companies often have legal, tax, clearance or employment requirements that limit where they can hire talent.
For Job Seekers: Yes, StellarH is 100% free to use. We believe access to great career opportunities should be free. You can search, browse, apply for jobs, and use our community resources at no cost.
For Clients/Employers: StellarH offers different paid service tiers for specialized recruitment services.
Job seekers: We never had this situation before, but if you come across any impersonators asking for any ammount of money and using StellarH as a front, please report to us. You'll help us build a safer community for job hunters.
8. How long does it take to hear back after applying?
Since the application process is managed directly by our client companies (the employers), the timeline for a response can vary significantly—typically ranging from one week to four weeks, depending on the company's hiring volume, the role's seniority, and their internal HR processes. And can even take longer for strategical positions.
Tip: StellarH strongly encourages our clients to maintain transparent communication with all candidates. We recommend checking the spam/junk folder in the days following your application, as initial email responses sometimes get filtered.
Note: If you are shortlisted for a role, the communication will come directly from the hiring company, not from StellarH.
9. Can I apply for multiple jobs at the same time?
Yes, you can and should apply for multiple jobs at the same time if they are a strong fit for your interests, experience and goals.
However, we recommend a focused strategy:
Quality Over Quantity: Only apply to roles where you meet most of the required qualifications and where the company culture aligns with your values. Applying to dozens of unrelated jobs is less effective than submitting 3-5 high-quality, customized applications.
Customize Your Submission: Since applications often redirect to a client's specific portal, ensure you tailor your resume and cover letter (if required) to each specific job and company.
10. How can I set up alerts for StellarH's openings?
Since we have a dedicated team of recruiters, the most direct method is to ping one of our team members. If you have connected with a StellarH recruiter regarding a past role, feel free to contact them directly via LinkedIn, or via our Whatsapp Channels, to inquire about roles that have opened recently within your field.
Regularly check the board: We update our job board weekly. However, not all of our clients are in the website. If you didn't find what you were looking for here, please ping us directly. It might just not be in the website.
11. What information StellarH collects about me?
StellarH practices data minimization, collecting only the essential information needed to provide our services. We collect three main categories of data:
Directly Submitted Data: This is information you provide directly on the StellarH platform, via Google Forms. Those are used for clients that do not have a platform, and for clients whose platforms require us to manually input any applicant's informations.
Name, email address, phone number.
Your resume/CV and any documents detailing your professional experience, skills, and qualifications.
Indirectly Submitted Data: When you click "Apply Now," you are redirected to the client's platform. The client may ask for additional information that varies by company and country, such as:
Voluntary self-identification (e.g., race, gender, veteran status).
Salary expectations or current salary.
Specific screening questions relevant to the job.
Automatically Collected Data: Non-personal data gathered to maintain site security and improve user experience:
IP address, browser type, device type, and usage data (which jobs you view/click).
Note: We do not store this varying, client-specific data. By applying, you consent to the client's collection of that information.
12. Do you share my information with third parties?
We do not sell your personal data. Our commitment is to use your data only to facilitate the recruitment process you initiate.
We share your data with the following types of parties:
Client Employers: When you click "Apply" for a specific job, we share the application data you provided with the hiring client for their recruitment process.
Trusted Service Providers: Third-party tools (like Google Sites, website hosting providers, or Google analytics) that help us operate our platform, but they are strictly bound by confidentiality agreements to protect your data.
Any sharing is limited to what is legally required or necessary to fulfill our service to you.
13. What are the WhatsApp communities?
Our WhatsApp Communities are one of the communication channels between applicants / job seekers and StellarH's team, besides LinkedIn and E-mail. They are free, private, and professionally managed groups designed to give candidates a decentralized communication structure.
14. Do the jobs provide sponsorship?
As a rule, no. But there can be exceptions. If a job offers visa sponsorship, it will be clearly noted in the client's Job Description.
15. How can I refer someone?
We highly value referrals, as they are often the source of the highest-quality talent. We offer a structured referral program:
Submit the Referral: Send an email to referrals@stellarhglobal.com with the subject line "Candidate Referral: [Candidate Name] for [Job Title/Industry]". Include the candidate's name, their contact information, PDF resume or LinkedIn profile, and which job/industry you believe they are a fit for.
Referral Bonus: If the person you refer is successfully placed by StellarH into a position, meeting the client's pay-out criteria (variable per client. It can go from 2 weeks to 6 months, or untill the end of the contract.) you will be eligible to receive a referral bonus (variable per role). The referral bonus will be disclosed upfront, in our response to your e-mail.
By referring someone with the Bonus as a goal, you agree with the following terms:
If the candidate was previously referred, you referral will not be valid.
StellarH's team will reach back to you whenever your referrals advance in any stages of the processes (via e-mail).
The payment will be sent only after StellarH's is paid by the client for your referral. We will request an invoice, and you will have 15 days to reply back to us, confirming the invoice. StellarH will pay you within 15 days after receiving your invoice. Transaction fees may be deducted. Payments are through Wise or Paypal
If, for any reasons, our client fails to meet it's obligations, StellarH shall not be held accountable.
The referral must be emplaced within 4 months of your referral, or else it will expire (stop counting as yours). After the 4 months, it should be submitted again to count as eligible to the referral bonus. If someone submits it in the meantime.

17. How can I join StellarH

18. How is the client vetting process?
Our client vetting process is a crucial step that sets StellarH apart. It ensures that every job seeker on our platform is connecting with legitimate, reputable companies offering real opportunities.
The process involves checking for:
Legal Compliance: Verification of the client's business registration and adherence to basic employment laws.
Reputation: Reviewing the company's public reputation and any additional public feedback to screen for major red flags.
Job Legitimacy: Confirmation that the job description is accurate, the role is genuine, and the work arrangement (remote/hybrid) is authentic.
Data Integrity: Ensuring the client's application and data handling processes meet our standards for candidate privacy.
Only after a client successfully passes this vetting process it is posted on the job board.
